With more than 30 years of experience in early childhood education and childcare administration, Tawina D. Ricks has devoted her career to helping children thrive.
Her journey includes:
- ✨ 16 years owning and operating a home childcare program
- ✨ 6 years directing her own licensed childcare center
- ✨ 14 years serving as Administrator of the Police Athletic League Child Care Center
Today, Tawina leads Vision Learning Center and Vision Learning Center 2, continuing her mission of providing nurturing, high-quality care for children and families. Her leadership is rooted in compassion, community, respect, and professional excellence.
